General Terms & Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all items are made to order. Items can be expected within 4-8 weeks unless notified otherwise. An express service is available for an additional fee.
Payment is accepted by cash, cheque or Paypal, (5 working days clearance time is required if paying by cheque), with 50% non-refundable deposit being paid at time of order. The balance will be payable when the item is ready to ship. Payment must be received within 14 days of notification and before the item is sent out. Interest will be added if no payment is received after this time. If the balance is still outstanding after 4 weeks of completion, the item will be placed for immediate sale with no refund.
As all items are made to order, all sales are final and items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Made to measure and made to order items cannot be cancelled and are subject to 30% restocking fee.
Bespoke Corset is not responsible for any garments made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer. We will not accept responsibility if the customer loses or gains weight after measurements have been supplied.
Alterations required that are not directly from a mistake on our part will be at the customers expense. Damage that is not the customers responsibility will only be repaired if the garment is returned within 14 days. After 14 days, all repairs will be at the customers expense.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All customers details are private and confidential and will not be passed onto any third parties. Your details will not be used for mailing list purposes unless requested.
Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
